Can you say Pismo Beach! We're staying at Pismo Coast Village. Driven by it a thousand times so we decided to check it out. Not bad. Lots of folks but the weekenders are leaving. Best thing is Old West Cinnamon Rolls is just down the street (note her left hand :) )
Went to Deputy Steve Faeth's retirement dinner last night. Steve was a great Deputy and an all round nice guy. Steve saved us one day in Morro Bay. We were on our maiden voyage in the Money Pit and the slide wouldn't go in. Turned out to be an electrical problem. Steve held two sparking wires together and we got the slides in. We'll hopefully see him again when we make it back to America (Idaho). Have a Great Retirement!
