Saturday

We got to sleep in today. No repairs or knocks at 0730 from workers wanting to get the coach in a service bay.

We met Eddie (Our Friend and former PO in SM) this morning to pickup our mail. Eddie was heading to her vacation home in Port Angles WA. Her son was riding shotgun with her. She brought our mail and some stuff we forgot from home. We will be heading towards her house once we get done here in Eugene.

We then headed out on our walk but took a detour towards downtown Eugene for Saturday in the Park. Lot's of vendors, food and framers market.  People watching was outstanding.

The smell of weed was in the air and tye dye was the dress of the day. It was fun and I would go back to eat, buy veggies and people watch.  Got really hungry while we were there?

Stopped by the Fred Meyers store on the recommendation for my friend Robin Weckerly. She said we needed to pickup a rewards card because these stores have everything and are the go to store in Alaska. I was impressed. Lots of stuff every rv'er needs.

We had 4 o'clock happy hour with the other folks here at OMC. We drank wine, traded stories and rv'er advice. Nice people and lots of laughs.

Get to sleep in tomorrow and nothing much planned.
