Left Yuma, AZ about 10:30 AM. Our buddy Bob and his wife came out to say good bye (and good riddance). I ignored them. Maria was nice but told them we wouldn't be back. If we go thru Yuma again we'll be stopping at a different park.
Oh and "Maria" forgot to put the satellite antenna down. Luckily we only went about two feet before someone (Bob) pointed it out to us.
We made it to Casa Grande AZ about 1:30 PM. The 2 1/2 hour drive was uneventful. Had some rain drops and it was cool and cloudy most of the day.
Checked into the Fiesta Grande RV Resort. Ed the "rv greeter" was very friendly and helpful. Seems like more folks from the USA here. We are on "Taco" Street. All the streets are named after some of my favorite Mexican foods like enchilada, menudo, burrito. I like it. Names like these are easy for me to remember :).
Got a little stormy looking this evening. Had to put on my sweatshirt for the first time this trip..
Going to Phoenix tomorrow to visit Maria's relatives. Probably going to take the Glock instead of the 5 shot 38cal.
