Mari Gras Parade

Sunday is supposed to be the day of rest. Well sort of. I went back to the flea market and bought the things I couldn't live without. Water filters, aluminum table to set my wine glass on, a mat for the outside and a gift for my brother. He needs it and I bought one for myself. At our age getting your hand to your mouth is a challenge.. And yes the Kettle Corn is good.

Came back to the coach and put new windshield wipers on and did some other minor things. Trying to pace myself. Yes we got a short nap till Christina called. Darn kids don't they know we're old....

Here at the park it was Mari Gras Day.

They had a parade with Shriner's on bikes, old ladies from the swimming club in their suits and the throwing of beads. No topless chicks thank god. First parade I've been at where they passed out jello shooters. So I was polite and had a few. I got busted by Maria who was coming back from Micheal's Craft Store.

Fun people.

And we got parked next to Bob the old grump not these fun folks.  Oh well he's still gone.
